He will delight your palate with his local cuisine freshly prepared on board with a menu ranging from everyday classics made from local produce to elaborate princely spreads. Rajesh has many culinary surprises in store for you and he welcomes you to be a part of the preparations while he shares his culinary knowledge on indian cuisine and spices.
A French eco entrepreneur residing in India for 8 years and counting, Laurige divides his time between his travel agency in Northeast India, his eco-chic camp in Ladakh, guiding motorcycle tours in Rajasthan, South India and Nepal and co-managing the Tarangini with Deepak in Varanasi. He is responsible for designing and organizing your cruise and will be your liaison agent.
A retired French schoolteacher, Monique has made India her second home. She has been living in India with Deepak and his family for the past 10 years. During her stay she gained invaluable knowledge of the Ganga and life in the villages along the river, which makes her an excellent cruise guide.
